and request a Salesforce support ticket be opened against RAVS.
The key fields to know when opening a ticket for RAVS are:
- Product: RAVS (Records and Asset Verification Service)
- SW Component/Product Release: ANY RAVS SW
- Entitlement Name: TS NAR Gold (or USA-464260-461007 / 250720)
- Severity: If response within an hour is not required, please have the priority set to Minor.
